The Company Successfully Completes the 2022 Campus Recruitment Drive

To support the corporate talent strategy, build a professional talent team and optimize the talent structure, the Human Resources Department launched the 2022 campus recruitment campaign in April. Targeting the Ziguan Huidong Campus and Yibin Campus of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering, the company recruited specialized talents for technical, marketing and other positions. The two-day recruitment program was successfully completed with fruitful results.

This marks the company’s first offline campus recruitment at Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. As an effective breakthrough in talent introduction, the campaign has enhanced the company’s campus brand visibility. Based on the results of the preliminary interviews, the Human Resources Department will conduct secondary interviews to select high-quality talents that meet corporate demands, laying a solid foundation for the company’s echelon talent construction.
