Santon Company 2023 Annual Meeting Review

As a new year begins and everything takes on a new look, the busy year of 2023 has passed, and the promising year of 2024 is approaching. On January 30, 2024, Santon Company held its 2023 Annual Meeting at the South Lake Park Banquet Hall. Centering on the theme of “Work Together with One Heart to Achieve Greater Results”, all employees gathered together to summarize shortcomings of the past year, clarify the development direction for the new year, and celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival.

Before the dinner, Peng Shaoyu, Chairman, and Yan Min, General Manager, delivered concluding speeches for 2023. They reviewed the company’s work performance in 2023, fully affirmed the efforts and achievements of all staff, objectively analyzed existing problems in operation and management, and encouraged the team to forge ahead, overcome difficulties, and jointly fulfill work goals in 2024.

Nevertheless, there is still a gap compared with industry competitors and the diversified demands of customers. The year 2024 brings both new opportunities and challenges. While maintaining steady development, the company will seize the favorable opportunities brought by the relatively loose macro environment, supportive policies for the manufacturing industry and incentives for import substitution. Greater efforts will be made in product quality improvement, delivery cycle optimization, talent reserve training, institutional improvement, standardized internal management, market expansion, global import substitution, service quality upgrading, sustainable development capacity building, operation system optimization, working environment improvement, employee care and corporate image building. While achieving the annual business targets and work tasks, the company will strive to build a long-term, stable and sustainable development mechanism.

The annual meeting concluded with warm applause, marking a successful end to the year 2023. A brand-new year has arrived.
