Building a Solid Safety Barrier and Protecting Employees’ Health — Santon Successfully Held Special Training on Work Injury Prevention

To effectively strengthen all employees’ safety awareness and prevent and reduce work injuries, on November 26, 2025, staff from the Work Injury Section of Shuangliu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted a special work injury prevention training at Santon Company under the theme of “Empowering Training to Build Safety Barriers, Enabling Safe Intelligent Manufacturing”. The training aims to embed safety production concepts into every employee’s mind and build a solid foundation for the stable operation of the enterprise.

By analyzing typical work injury cases inside and outside the industry, the lecturer visualized and vitalized rigorous safety regulations. Centering on core modules including causes of work injuries, identification of common potential risks, post safety operation specifications, correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as emergency disposal and rescue procedures at the initial stage of accidents, the training delivered an impressive safety warning lesson to all employees.
