To further enhance product quality assurance, improve customer satisfaction, strengthen market competitiveness, and focus on providing one-stop solutions for vertical inserts, the company has invested over 10 million RMB in the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of its production system.

A full range of advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment has been newly deployed, including one spray drying tower, five fully automatic robotic presses, two low-pressure sintering furnaces, special CNC R-machines, wheel dressing machines, CNC double-end grinding machines, passivation machines, and four CNC peripheral grinding machines. The equipment upgrade strongly supports the domestic production and localization of high-end vertical inserts.
