Company Holds Symposium for New Graduate Employees

On the afternoon of July 1, 2022, a symposium for newly recruited college graduates was held in the company’s conference room. A total of 13 participants attended the meeting, including Peng Shaoyu, General Manager, Yan Min, Deputy General Manager, department heads and newly joined graduate employees.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Peng extended a warm welcome to the new employees and introduced the attending management personnel. All new graduate employees took turns to introduce themselves and share their working experience since joining the company. They expressed their confidence and determination to contribute to the company’s development, and put forward relevant questions and improvement suggestions. Subsequently, each department head delivered a speech, affirming the new employees’ sharing and exchanging views on personal growth and career development. While welcoming the new team members, Deputy General Manager Yan Min encouraged them to take the initiative in learning and pursue continuous progress, and urged them to uphold high standards and set ambitious goals for personal development.

Later, Mr. Peng gave a detailed introduction to the company’s background, the origin of the corporate name, development platforms and innovative capabilities, as well as a brief overview of the current situation and future prospects of the industry. At the end of the symposium, Mr. Peng stated that new employees are a vital driving force for the company’s growth, and hoped that every new member would take pride in joining Santon.

The symposium was held in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
