Company Organizes Training on Measuring Instrument Application and Product Professional Knowledge

At 16:00 on October 22, 2022, the company organized a training session on the use of measuring instruments and geometric dimension measurement in the conference room. Delivered by Deng Jincheng, Product Engineer of the Technology and Quality Department, the training attracted a total of 30 employees from the Production Department and the Technology and Quality Department. The main contents are as follows:

1. Basic dimension calculation methods for single-groove and double-groove products, including the separate marking calculation of finished cutter dimensions and grinding allowances;

2. Differences in measurements of cutters and double-groove products using dial indicators and micrometers;

3. Understanding of tolerances for blanks and finished products;

4. Classification rules for the company’s product models;

5. Introduction and standard operation of basic measuring tools.

With rich practical experience and solid professional expertise, Deng Jincheng delivered a vivid and practical training course. The training effectively improved employees’ professional knowledge and operational skills, standardized operational methods and procedures in the production process, and fostered a positive atmosphere of active learning within the company.
