Santon Successfully Holds the Launching and Mobilization Meeting of the "Process-based Integrated Management System Construction" Project

At 9:00 a.m. on November 22, 2022, the launching meeting of the project "Building an Integrated Management System Based on Processes" was grandly held in the company’s conference room. A total of 33 attendees attended the meeting, including Peng Shaoyu, Chairman of the Board, Yan Min, General Manager, leaders of relevant departments, and representatives from Sichuan Zhikude Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

At the beginning of the meeting, Shi Huamin introduced the core team members of Sichuan Zhikude Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. General Manager Yan Min issued the Company Document No. 20 [2022], officially announced the launch of the project, and clarified the division of responsibilities for related work. Subsequently, Shi Huamin elaborated on the project background, analyzed the current management challenges faced by the company, and explained the necessity of constructing an integrated management system under the current development situation.

During the meeting, Shi Huamin conducted professional training on document sorting and record management methods for members of the management system team, including the leading group and document compilation group. Interactive exchanges and Q&A sessions were carried out to resolve relevant doubts. After the meeting, Shi arranged the follow-up work plan of the project.
